By using this website or booking services with Kifaru Photography, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment
A booking is only confirmed once agreed in writing (email or message). Payment details, deposits (if applicable), and deadlines will be clearly communicated before any session.

2. Image Use
Clients will receive digital images for personal use, unless otherwise agreed. Kifaru Photography retains copyright of all images and may use them for portfolio or promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. I’ll always try to be flexible. In rare cases (like weather or illness), I may need to reschedule or cancel and will inform you as soon as possible.

4. Liability
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work and meet deadlines, I am not liable for unforeseen issues (e.g. equipment failure, weather, or illness). That said, I’ll always try to make things right.

5. Website Use
You agree not to use this website for anything illegal, to interfere with its operation, or to copy or distribute content without permission.
